1. Are you manufacture or trading company?

We are manufacture. Our factory has been specializing in all kinds of caster wheels since 2011.

2. Where is your factory? Can I visit ?

Till today, MYWIN CASTER has two bases of producing the caster wheels include more than 80 series and 30000 different SKU, One located in Guangzhou city and mainly produces TPR caster, Nylon caster, PU caster, Medical caster ect.
And the other located in Ningbo city, which is dedicated to the manufacturing of Industrial casters , Heavy duty caster, Shopping cart caster, Rubber caster etc.You are warmly welcome to visit whenever you are available.

3.What is your delivery time?

In general, within 15-25 days.   It also depends on the order quantity.

4.  What is the term of payment?

Payment terms: 30% of deposit upon signing the PI, and balance will be cleared by T/T  before delivery.

5.Can I get some samples? And what's the timing?

 Yes, for some regular samples, we can provide no more than 2pcs free samples, but please bear the logistics cost at your own expense

6.How can your factory control the quality?

We have strict quality management process from raw material to finished product.
Quality control: 100% inspection before shipping, with a professional QC team and advanced testing equipment.

7.What's the MOQ?

Normally we take the order no matter it's big or small. We will do our utmost to serve every order well

Yes, we do both OEM and ODM,
